The Eleable ADA/WCAG seal, also known as the Gabified Badge, indicates that a website has undergone an accessibility review using the tools, knowledge, testing methods, and standards currently available through Eleable’s accessibility framework.
The seal represents a good-faith effort to improve usability, inclusive design, and access for people with disabilities.

Eleable does not rely on a single scan, plugin score, automated percentage, or testing platform alone. Findings are compared across multiple resources and reviewed within the context of how the website functions in real use.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AUTOMATED TOOLS MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE RESULTS
Automated accessibility tools do not always interpret websites accurately. Websites built with page builders, custom themes, JavaScript-based systems, overlays, or dynamic content may sometimes trigger false errors, misleading warnings, or inconsistent accessibility scores.
A website may receive a low or inconsistent score from one platform while performing differently when reviewed through additional tools, manual inspection, accessibility knowledge, and real-use context.

The Eleable ADA/WCAG seal does not guarantee full ADA or WCAG compliance. No automated tool, designer, developer, reviewer, overlay, or testing platform can guarantee that every accessibility barrier has been identified or eliminated.
The seal confirms that the website has been personally reviewed by Gabrie'le Eato through Eleable’s accessibility review process using the resources, knowledge, tools, and testing methods currently available.
While every effort is made to improve accessibility, some limitations may remain. Feedback from users is an important part of continued accessibility improvement.

WHAT IS WCAG?
WCAG stands for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. These guidelines provide a framework for making websites and other digital content more accessible to people with disabilities.

The badge represents a good-faith effort to identify potential accessibility barriers and improve the website in accordance with commonly recognized ADA and WCAG accessibility principles.
Display of the badge does not constitute a legal guarantee, certification, warranty, or representation that the website is fully compliant with every applicable accessibility law, regulation, standard, technical requirement, or interpretation.
Accessibility laws and technical standards may vary by jurisdiction and may continue to change. Website platforms, third-party tools, plugins, embedded applications, browsers, assistive technologies, operating systems, and user-generated content may also affect the accessibility of a website.
Automated testing tools may return incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate results. For this reason, the presence or absence of an automated error, warning, score, or percentage does not independently determine whether a website is accessible or legally compliant.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. A website may change after it has been reviewed through new content, software updates, design changes, platform updates, third-party integrations, or other modifications outside of Eleable’s control.
Website owners displaying the badge remain responsible for maintaining their website, addressing future accessibility concerns, reviewing new content, and obtaining independent legal advice when needed.
Eleable’s accessibility review, recommendations, reports, and badge are provided for informational and accessibility-improvement purposes. They are not legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.
Eleable cannot guarantee that a website will never receive an accessibility complaint, demand letter, legal claim, automated warning, or user-reported concern.
If an accessibility issue is reported, the website owner is encouraged to respond promptly, respectfully, and in good faith. Feedback from users with disabilities is an important part of continued accessibility improvement.
Anyone who encounters an accessibility barrier on a website displaying the Gabified Badge should notify the website owner or Eleable so the concern can be reviewed and reasonable improvement efforts can be considered.
